We dispatch our deliveries Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays)
If we have delivered the incorrect item to you, or your purchase has arrived damaged please contact us via email jaclyn@bellaspetboutique.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing images where necessary to prove damage to goods.
Should you wish to return an order the postage is at the expense of the customer and we recommend that you take out cover for the item should it get lost. Bella’s Pet Boutique will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Once we have received it, we will notify you within 24hours. Please note that may be a little longer should it be received during closed hours.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Bella’s Pet Boutique does not accept any liability for delay, despatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.

We endeavour to get all orders dispatched same day, however sometimes there may be a delay of which we will contact you. All deliveries come with Royal Mail tracking so if you have a preference of how you wish to be contacted via Royal Mail (either email or text) please state on your order in the notes.
Where do we deliver?
Please note, UK refers to mainland UK and excludes the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Island. Currently due to shipping/ import duties we do not ship outside mainland UK however you can always contact us and we will see what we can arrange but may incur additional shipping costs.
